By creating an account or using mcrux (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by the mcrux team, reachable at info@mcrux.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use the Service. By using mcrux you represent that these conditions are met.
mcrux parses your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) PDF, analyses your mutual fund portfolio using algorithms and AI language models, and presents insights on holdings overlap, expense ratios, sector concentration, and portfolio composition. The Service is designed to help you understand your portfolio better — not to tell you what to buy or sell.
mcrux is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
All analysis, reports, and AI-generated narratives provided by mcrux are educational and informational only. They do not constitute personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or any regulated financial service.
Nothing on mcrux should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific security, mutual fund, or financial instrument.
Investment decisions involve risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always consult a qualified, SEBI-registered financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Plans
mcrux offers a free tier and paid plans (currently: Insight at ₹499 one-time, AI Pro at ₹2,999/year). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By completing a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. mcrux does not store your card or UPI details.
No refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata cancellations. If you experience a technical failure that prevented you from accessing a paid feature, contact us at info@mcrux.com and we will resolve it in good faith.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans do not auto-renew unless you explicitly opt in. We will email you before renewal is due.
You agree not to:
The mcrux platform, codebase, design, and AI-generated reports are owned by mcrux. You retain full ownership of the data you upload. We do not claim any rights over your portfolio data.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analysis outputs — AI models can make errors, and fund data from third-party sources may be delayed or incomplete. Always verify important figures against your official CAS or AMC statements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mcrux and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any analysis it produces — including any investment loss. Our total liability to you for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
